Reiki Healing Session
This Reiki session is designed to help clear energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and bring your body and mind back into balance. Using gentle, intentional energy work, I support your natural ability to heal — leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply restored.
Reiki + Mediumship Healing
The 90-minute session gives us more time to go deeper and allow the experience to fully unfold. We begin with a longer intuitive reading, creating space for more detailed messages, insight, and clarity.

You’ll then receive an extended Reiki treatment to support deeper energetic clearing, relaxation of the nervous system, and overall energetic balance.
The extra time also allows space for conversation before or after the session. We can talk about the messages that came through, explore patterns in your energy, and discuss personalized guidance or simple practices to help support your healing after the session.

Spiritual Coaching (60 min)
These personalized 60-minute spiritual coaching sessions are guided by your unique needs and intentions. A spiritual coach supports you in reconnecting with your inner self, purpose, and core values to create a more aligned and fulfilling life. Through guided self-discovery, mindful awareness, and universal spiritual principles, we work to clarify goals, identify and release energetic or emotional blocks, and support personal and spiritual growth. Each session is a safe, intuitive space designed to help you gain clarity, balance, and direction on your journey.
